TSM / CAR CONNECT
Your car.
Everything connected.
One account for the information, people and services around your vehicle — from ordering to everyday ownership.
PLANNED SERVICE · FOR COMPATIBLE VEHICLES
See how it would work ↓THE CONNECTED TSM RANGE
Our cars. One connected platform.
Compatible TSM vehicles would act as connected endpoints, sharing permitted information through manufacturer-approved connections. The proposed TSM AI cloud would organise ownership records, assist with support and coordinate services, with the Car Connect app providing the customer’s view.

Services that support ownership.
Warranty, insurance, servicing and finance would connect customers with participating providers. These services are intended to generate revenue for TSM through referral fees, commissions or service margins, depending on the arrangement with each provider.
The initial vehicle-data design is read-only. Available information, AI features, provider agreements and commercial terms will be confirmed before launch.
THE APP CONCEPT
Ownership in your pocket.
A proposed home screen brings your car, available battery information, documents and support into one clear view. The battery health certificate card illustrates how an assessment report could be presented alongside everyday ownership records.

The app and certificate feature are proposed. Vehicle data access, assessment method and certificate provider would need to be agreed before launch.
A SIMPLER OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE

↓ Useful information and authorised service access ↓
Your account
Documents, available vehicle information and ownership services.
Approved providers
Only the information needed for an authorised service. Service and repair outcomes can return to your record.
Manufacturer data access is not yet secured. The initial design is read-only vehicle access: Car Connect would not unlock, immobilise or control the car. Steering and braking control are outside its scope.

A few practical questions.
Can I use it today?
Car Connect is a planned service. This page explains the intended experience, rather than a live customer portal.
Will it work with any car?
Compatibility depends on agreements and integration with each manufacturer. Supported vehicles and available information will be confirmed.
Will my dealer still be involved?
Yes. The proposed service supports participating dealers through sales, handover and aftersales.
What will it cost?
A free baseline account is proposed, with optional paid connected services. Pricing and any introductory period are still to be decided.
Are service partnerships agreed?
No named insurer, breakdown provider, finance house or workshop partnership is being announced on this page.
